These are not only responsible for helping us feel good but also limit cravings. Weight loss is easier if we aren&#039;t being driven by our cravings.
Creativity? According to John Medina in his book Brain Rules, the brain works best when we are moving--just like our hunter-gatherer ancestors. Some companies are incorporating &quot;meetings on the move&quot; to their mix to enhance creativity and team building.
