Very Cool…Surgeons at Michigan using…yes….Twitter

Hi, I picked up a thread to this clip via some "Twittering" that I was doing this am….I mentioned this in our noon session today.  Surgeons wanted to get the word out about a tumor removal technique….so they decided to "Tweet" on it during the actual surgery.

If you look at their screen, it may not look like the Twitter home page you are familiar with….because they are using a free tool called "Tweetdeck"…..that you can use along with the base Twitter tool itself.
